Trainings Offered
IEG offers personal and group trainings and seminars throughout the year. We have prepackaged trainings as well as custom programs designed to help companies or individuals achieve greater results.
Currently we offer seminars for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Time Empowerment™. In addition, we offer certification programs in NLP and Hypnosis. All seminars are hands on. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate oral and written proficiencies in your subject area of interest. Pre-Study material may be required according to the subject.
Hypnosis Certification
Become a certified Hypnotherapist. The history of hypnosis is explored, the Krashner Method is introduced, and stage hypnosis is de-mystified. Applications in therapy, education, and sales, as well as personal development are taught.
NLP Practitioner Certification Training
This is an action packed 7-day seminar with training in NLP, Time Empowerment™, and Hypnosis. You will be certified with proficiency in all three areas. Pre-study is involved.
You will have an understanding and ability to employ NLP in the following areas:
Sensory Acuity: Increase your awareness and learn the secrets and meanings to subtle shifts in human physiology.
Rapport: 55% of all communication is in physiology. Learn to disable resistance and create opportunities for greater advancement in rapport and ultimately change.
Representational Systems: This provides growth in self-discovery and personal insight as well as insight into the primary means by which a person internally represents their external world. Find out how people process information and how to communicate to them in the way that they receive information best.
Language Patterns: Learn to use language patterns modeled from Milton Ericson and Virgina Satir. These patterns will change your life.
Eye Patterns: Why do they say the eyes are the window to the soul? Learn to know what a person is thinking unconsciously.
Reprogramming: Learn to model and install some of the best strategies employed by some of the world’s best communicators.
Anchoring: Have the ability to access states of confidence, passion, motivation, etc. at any time. Take control of your life.
Reframing: Learn to use reframing techniques in therapeutic context as well as a basis for sales mastery and negotiation.
NLP Master Practitioner Certification Training
This course solidifies your NLP practitioner level training. This is a 16-day accelerated course. It is intense. Pre-requisite and pre-study is the NLP Practitioner level training. Persuasive skills are developed and enhanced. By the end of the training, proficiency levels are expected across all categories of NLP which serves as a basis for all life change work.
Empower Your Relationships
The purpose of Empower Your Relationships is to deepen your love connections and take your relationships to the next level. You will learn how to identify your partner’s model of the world, their values, and their love language so that communication is deepened. You will learn to utilize Time Empowerment ™ techniques to release negative emotions. Although this seminar is geared towards couples the techniques can be applied towards any relationship: family, friends, and co-workers. Anytime you are dealing with another person, you can benefit from Empowering Your Relationships.
